The Big Chill Festival ... outdoor bars and stages with live music, DJs, VJs, A/V acts, comedy, dance, art installations and more.

Maybe anti-festival is the better descriptive word here. The Big Chill has a focus on the chill aspect, striving to make a festival that lets the peeps have fun instead of causing angst around the amenities and offerings.

It Takes Place in Eastnor Castle Deer Park, Herefordshire. New features for 2008 included a bonfire/storytelling area caled the Big Warm, and a comedy tent.

The Big Chill Festival has recently announced its 2009 headliner as Orbital, but has not named any other acts. Check back for more details.
