By: Spacelab Research Staff Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival organizers have announced the dates for the 2007 festival, set to happen on June 14 - 17th in Manchester, Tennessee. They'll be selling a small block of discounted tickets on Wednesday December 13th at 10am Eastern Standard Time. Then they can sell out quickly, and Bonnaroo can hype that up! The Bonnaroo organizers will announce will release the line-up in January.
In five short years, Bonnaroo has quickly become one the US's biggest and best festivals. Set on a 700 acre farm in Manchester, Tennessee, it's the playground of the cool kids and the hippies, at the same time, on the same field. Those that go will get some hot Tennessee nights with some great music in a hedonistic experimental playground of old school and new school.
"The first five years have been pretty remarkable. But we have only scratched the surface of what we believe Bonnaroo can become. We have an innovative team and we're continually searching for fresh and exciting ideas to take the festival to a new level each year," said show producer Ashley Capps of A.C. Entertainment when speaking to Billboard.
If you get tired of the music you can always visit one of the other attractions like: 24-hour cinema, a comedy tent, an arcade, an onsite beer festival, a Mardi Gras parade, an Internet café, a digital music lounge, wireless hot spots, a silent disco, and a masquerade ball. And you thought it was just about the music.
